That Others May Live is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization established in 2002. The That Others May Live Foundation provides scholarships, family counseling, and aid to surviving children of United States Air Force (USAF) Rescue Heroes who gave the ultimate sacrifice during a Rescue mission, training, or other Personnel Recovery (PR) collateral mission.

It is our goal to ensure every child of a fallen personnel recovery professional receives every opportunity for success.

Their Programs:

Beneficiary Assistance Program

Our goal is to provide the children of fallen USAF Rescue Heroes with assistance in one of three ways… in post-secondary educational assistance, business start up assistance and mentoring or first time home purchase assistance.

Warfighter Liaison Program
Provide contact to at home and deployed USAF rescue personnel with deployed unit care packages and morale booster and appreciation events.

Community Ambassador Program
Assist with rescue personnel appreciation events, deployed member outreach, community awareness and fundraising. Become an ambassador.

Amanda's personal message:

When a member of our U.S. Air Force leaves his/her family to go and fight, he/she does so with a heavy heart.  More than anything they want to be able to return home to their families.  Sadly, all too often this does not happen.  While the airmen leave behind wives, husbands, partners, parents and countless other friends and family who loved them, many leave behind children.  Some of these children are as young as infants and some may be in their teenage years, but the loss is just as tragic regardless of their age.

I ask you to take a look at:

and remember your blessings and how fortunate you are.  If there is anyway you can help this wonderful foundation, please do so.  Aside from donations, they also have a wish list.  Search their site and see if there is someway you can help.

Thank you,

Amanda
